Please read all notes below before submitting your form. Complete this form if you are planning to bring a group of over 8 people to volunteer.  

  • Please note that volunteers must be at least 12 years old to perform typical volunteer activities. For groups with volunteers under 12 years old, age appropriate volunteer activities will be arranged.
  • Volunteers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult, with a minimum 6:1 ratio.  
  • Please provide multiple dates/times to help us accommodate your request. Below, we've listed the best times for us, but are happy to discuss alternatives. Also, please try to submit your request at least four weeks in advance of your dates requested.
  • We typically like to split groups of 15 or more volunteers into separate shifts to ensure adequate workspace for everyone.  Please specify if you would like a group of over 15 volunteers to not be split.
  • You will be contacted by us within a week to confirm your request and shift registration.  Please be advised that your shift is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation.
